Booking Policy
First time bookings and any bookings over I hour long require a 50% deposit, which will be deducted from your treatment cost on the day of your appointment when payment is made.
Appointments will not be secured until the deposit is paid and will result in the appointment being offered to someone else if payment is not made with 24 hours of the appointment being requested.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required.
If you make a cancellation with less than 24 hours of your booked appointment, a charge of 50% of your treatment cost will need to be paid before anymore appointments can be made.
