Holistic health & Beauty is housed in a beautiful log cabin, nestled in quiet garden surroundings in the heart of Crowland, which is situated on the Lincolnshire / Cambridgeshire border.

 

As'ka Baran is the founder of this unique salon and first began her career in Holistic therapies after a significant life event led her into training to be a Reflexologist in 2002, this led her onto qualifying in other therapies such as Indian Head massage and Hopi ear candles.

​

Wanting to expand into her creative nature she added further training onto her list of treatments by also training in Beauty therapy and nail technology, which allows her to express her artistic flair, she loves nothing more than creating the perfect set of nails!

​

As’ka feels the atmosphere in which she works from is a key factor in providing a truly relaxing and indulgent experience for her clients, so she introduced a log cabin, set in quiet garden surroundings to embrace this and take advantage of the natural surroundings in which it is set.

Continuous learning and skill development is important to As'ka and this is something she strives to uphold. 

​

As'ka has a wide knowledge of the treatments she offers but chooses to specialise in Reflexology, and successfully became a registered RLD (Reflexology Lymph drainage ) practitioner in 2019, as well as training in Fertility  and mindful Reflexology.

​

She also has experience working with babies, young children and teens, the elderly, those with neurological conditions, fertility clients, and with those needing palliative care.

She takes great pride getting to know the individual and working with their specific needs, always treating mind and body as a whole and with great care and compassion.
